My main goal as a psychotherapist is to help others access their innate positive resources. I assume that we are wired for happiness and growth and view the therapeutic relationship as a safe and secure base from which to support the natural emergence of healing experience. In addition to cognitive and emotional insight, I believe that bringing mindful attention to our breath and bodily sensations can help us more directly recognize and release deeply held psychosomatic patterns.
