Who looks outside, dreams; who looks inside, awakes. - Carl Jung
As a licensed clinical psychologist with a background in experiential education, I specialize in mindfulness-based psychotherapy and bridging Eastern and Western approaches to well-being.
I work with adults, couples, and transition-age youth who are seeking support with relationship and parenting challenges, stress and anxiety, depression and grief, traumatic experience, and spiritually-oriented issues.
My psychotherapy practice is based in Mill Valley, CA. I also provide intern supervision at the Community Institute for Psychotherapy (CIP) in San Rafael and serve on the adjunct faculty of the California Institute of Integral Studies (CIIS) in San Francisco, where I teach Humanistic and Mindfulness-Based Therapies and Advanced Psychotherapy.
